From in-person events to virtual learning opportunities, the Institute offers services to meet the needs of organizations implementing Zero Suicide.
The Zero Suicide Institute provides consultation and training to health care systems, state health plans, and behavioral health providers as they launch or improve their comprehensive suicide care practices. Services include:
The Zero Suicide Academy® is EDC’s signature two-day training for senior leaders of health and behavioral health care organizations that seek to dramatically reduce suicides among patients in their care.
All-day or half-day workshops provide an introduction and overview of Zero Suicide tailored to meet an organization’s specific needs.
Site visits are an opportunity for Zero Suicide Faculty to provide in-person consultation with a health or behavioral health care organization’s implementation team.
Virtual Communities of Practice
Virtual Communities of Practice provide monthly opportunities for peer-to-peer engagement and expert guidance for shared learning between Zero Suicide implementing teams.
Ongoing consultation with Institute and other EDC staff to provide tailored technical assistance on a range of Zero Suicide topics including ongoing implementation planning, evaluation, fidelity, and strategic planning.
